SASSYSQRL Cancellation Policy Last updated: Sep 15, 2025 This Cancellation Policy explains how you can change or cancel subscription or pre-order purchases from SASSYSQRL. Our services, including subscriptions and pre-orders, are available only to customers in the United States. For details on our sales policies, please review our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries of SASSYSQRL products based on the subscription duration and frequency you select (e.g., monthly, quarterly). Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery at the time of shipment, unless you pay in advance. Applicable sales taxes, based on your delivery location, are included in subscription charges, as required by state law. All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their duration unless canceled. You will receive email notifications reminding you of upcoming renewals and charges. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next scheduled delivery. To manage your subscription, use the links provided in your order confirmation emails or access your account on sassysqrl.com. Cancellations stop future charges and deliveries, but no refunds are issued for past deliveries, per our Refund Policy. For defective or incorrect items, you may contact support@sassysqrl.com with photos within 14 days of receipt, and we may offer store credit, refund, or a replacement at our discretion, as outlined in our Refund Policy. Remedies for defective or incorrect items are provided in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws, including verified defects qualifying for replacements, refunds, or store credit.

Pre-orders When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or not yet available. At checkout, we may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or no payment, depending on the product. Applicable sales taxes, based on your delivery location, are included in pre-order charges, as required by state law. If a partial deposit or no payment is collected, we will store your payment method and charge the full or remaining balance when the product is fulfilled and shipped. You will be notified via email before the final charge. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is fulfilled (i.e., before the product is shipped). If you cancel a pre-order before fulfillment, any deposits paid will be refunded within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. To cancel, contact us at support@sassysqrl.com with your order details. Once a pre-order is fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds or exchanges are offered, per our Refund Policy.
