All purchases of SASSYSQRL products, including dry shampoo powders and hair accessories, are final and non-returnable except as outlined below or as required by applicable law. All products are sold “as is,” and all implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact support@sassysqrl.com with photos and a detailed description of the issue within 14 days of receipt. We will evaluate claims within 5 business days and, for verified defects or incorrect items, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion, subject to applicable laws. Test products for allergies before use; SASSYSQRL is not liable for adverse reactions unless required by law.

Gift Cards

SASSYSQRL gift cards are non-refunded except as required by law. Gift cards have no expiration date and no fees, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Terms and conditions are provided with the gift card. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Shipping

We only ship within the United States. Orders with non-U.S. shipping addresses will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued promptly.
